Born into a lineage of master woodworkers and raised in part among the
Hadza tribe in Tanzania, his early years were steeped in connection: to the land, to daily rhythms, and to community. Living between cultures and continents, he developed a deep appreciation for the wisdom embedded in indigenous ways of life and the rhythms that once shaped human health.
Now, he is a board-certified neuroradiologist with over two decades of clinical experience imaging the brain, spine, and nervous system. As he studied the effects of modern life on the human body, Dr. Mistry began exploring a larger question: Why is modern life leaving so many people exhausted, distracted, and unwell?
His work spans health, human performance, and leadership, helping individuals and organizations restore the biological foundations of energy, focus, and long-term vitality.
