A Whole-Child Approach to Emotional Regulation, Focus, and Resilience: BreathSpan™

BreathSpan™ is a 6-week educational wellness program designed for children ages 8–12 in underserved and inner-city communities. The program teaches practical, age-appropriate tools to help children regulate stress, improve focus, build emotional resilience, and strengthen self-confidence.

Using breathwork, movement, nutrition education, relationship skills, and goal-setting, BreathSpan™ empowers children to understand how their bodies and minds work together—giving them lifelong skills to manage anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and everyday challenges.

The program is non-clinical, trauma-aware, and highly engaging, making it suitable for school, after-school, and community-based settings.
